Frozen Bananas (2)
Frozen Blueberries (2 cups)
Fresh Basil leaves (about 10 leaves)
Nut/Almond/ Peanut/Cashew butter (2 tablespoons)
Pure Maple syrup (1 tablespoon)
Ground Flaxseeds (2 tablespoons)
Unsweetened Almond Milk (or Milk of choice) 2 + cups
Method: Blend the ingredients together until smooth.

2. Pina Cocado Tropical Smoothie Recipe
There’s nothing more tropical than the combination of Pineapple and Avocado. Add shredded coconut to it, and you’re transported to an exotic tropical island.
Flax seeds, Coconut oil, and Avocados also make this the perfect smoothie for weight loss.
Protein powder made with pea or Hemp/Flax (3 tbsp)
Water (4 – 6 oz)
Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk (4 – 6 oz)
Frozen Pineapple pieces (1 cup)
Small piece of Avocado – 1/5 of a large avocado or 1⁄4 of a small one
Coconut oil (1 tbsp)
Shredded Unsweetened Coconut (1 tbsp)

3. Banana Berry Tropical Smoothie
This is for those days when you don’t have time to eat an elaborate breakfast and instead grab a granola bar to go. This 5 minutes prep Vitamin laden smoothie is both filling and time-saving.
Strawberries, Raspberries, and Bananas make this a yummy tropical fruit smoothie recipe.
2 (6-oz) containers Yogurt – Strawberry, mixed Berry or Red Raspberry
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup fresh Strawberry halves or Raspberries
1 Banana, sliced
2 pouches (1.5 oz each) crunchy Granola bars (4 bars)
Place the Yogurt, Milk, Sliced Strawberry and Banana in the blender.
Add to that 3 broken Granola bars.
Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth.

4. Quintessential Strawberry Tropical Smoothie
3/4 cup Almond Milk (Coconut Milk, skim milk, or 2% will work as well)
2 medium Bananas
1 cup of frozen Strawberries
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt (plain, Strawberry or Vanilla)
3 tsp Cocoa powder
1 Tbsp Honey (optional–if you prefer your smoothie not as sweet, feel free to omit)
Blend the ingredients together on medium-high, until smooth. Garnish with Chocolate chips, or Vanilla ice cream, and enjoy!

5. Watermelon Waltz Tropical Smoothie
2 cups seedless watermelon chunks
Kiwis 2, peeled and diced
Vanilla Yogurt – 2 cups
1 cup ice
Method: Blend the ingredients together until smooth. Garnish with mint for a refreshing flavor!
