Incapable Employees

One of the worst things about visiting any reliance retail stores is the inability of their employees. Reliance Mart is located near galaxy theatre, shaikpet tolichowki. It occupies a very large space for your average departmental stores in Hyderabad. The ground floor houses groceries, first floor consists of clothing for males,females and kids. The third floor has electronics and the fourth has furniture. This location gets very busy in the evening and on the weekends and parking is a huge problem. Most of the people that park their cars at this location usually sit outside the store and indulge them selves in eating chaat etc.

The employees at this location are preety much clueless; you are better off searching for an item your self than asking them for help. The cashiers have no manners and take their leisurely time to check you out. In conclusion, the store is located at a prime location but unfortunately their in stock inventory and service sucks.
