This strictly all-green juice is the testament to the fact that greens, especially, multiple of them together can taste good. More importantly, the fibre in the greens help flush the toxins out from your body and replacing them with vital nutrients. The coconut water added in this juice gives natural sweetness and adds minerals to it.
1 cucumber (approximately 2 large leaves if you are measuring it uncut)
1 cup of kale
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of romaine lettuce (I like the hearts-approximately 2 large leaves)
4 celery stalks
1 cup of coconut water (fresh is best, but a good organic not-from-concentrate brand is great too)
Method:Cut the ingredients up and put them all in the juicer.

Wheat grass is rich in nutrients and 2 ounces of wheat grass is said to be equivalent of 5 pounds of organic veggies. Do give this a chance!
Method: Juice the fresh mint leaves, cucumber and wheatgrass together and add to a glass with the crushed ice. Squeeze the lime into the juice and add a teaspoon of peppermint extract.
