Chef Mariano Liuzza at Via Milano

If a meal be a journey, wouldn't it be nice if it were Italian?

Something like a Venetian gondola ride?

Take a trip to Via Milano and join their gondolier for the night - Chef Mariano Liuzza.

His "Amuse Bouche", an item that you won't see on the menu - is his greeting of love to us.

It's a 5 spot ride through the menu of his handpicked preparations. A different wine at each spot makes it a sweet one.

He gets you started with a European Branzino Fish Fillet or a Mille Feuille of breaded eggplant parmiggiana and a Sauvignon Blanc to go with it.

Moving on, it's Cream of Black Mushroom soup along with a Chardonnay.

Hit the spot with Beef Rossini, Sicilian Quiche or Roasted Chicken. And make it right with a Cabernet Shiraz.

As you approach the end of the ride, make it sweet with the Chef's favorite - Chocolate Ganache Tartlet with a Bourbon Vanilla Ice-Cream.

Sit back, relax and enjoy a Tea, Coffee or Chocolates as you savour the moments.
